Terms and Conditions

GENERAL
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Sportall Ltd. By ordering goods from Sportall you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Sportall, a trading name of:

Sportall UK ("Sportall", "we", or "us").

You may contact us at this address or by email to enquiries@sportall.co.uk or phone us on 011 333 222 11. Telephone calls to and from Sportall may be recorded or monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers.
Unless stated otherwise, all calls to Sportall cost 5 pence per minute from a BT landline, Mobile Providers and other Networks may vary.
We may contact you for marketing purposes by email, mail or telephone with relevant offers from Sportall UK.

ORDERS
A contract is formed between Sportall and you when you have ordered and in no part is any contract held, therefore no responsibility for the quality of the products with a specific Football, Rugby or Golf Club, any product quieries must be made to Sportall on 011 333 222 11. Due to the products being personalised items and goods made to your order, these orders cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. DELIVERY CHARGES
Our delivery charge to mainland UK is just £2.50 per item, charges will be detailed at point of order.

DELIVERY TIMESCALES
Due to the product being personalised and produced at time of manufacture, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Due to the personalisation of each product a refund will not be given due to a late delivery.

CANCELLATIONS
Due to the products being personalised items and goods made to your order, these orders cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. For a list of exceptions please see Returns below.

RETURNS
You hereby consent to Sportall commencing immediately and as such you will not have a right to cancel your order. Due to the personalised nature of our goods we are unable to offer refunds on these items, except where we are required to do so by law. If you have any questions please email to returns@sportall.co.uk. Your statutory rights are not affected.

PAYMENTS

By credit & debit cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards. The card must be registered to the address where you are receiving your goods.
We are unable to accept Cards that are due to expire within the next 5 days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

By cheque
Orders will not be processed until cheque clears. Cheques should be made payable to Sportall and posted to Sportall UK, 1 Sizers Court, Henshaw Lane, Yeadon, Leeds LS19 7DP

PRICES
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.

COMPLAINTS
Sportall welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically.
All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.
